Schae Lewis, CPO®
Owner

Schae Lewis, CPO® is a Certified Professional Organizer and the Owner of Mission 2 Organize. As a young child, Schae was matching her pens with her outfits. Using that obsession, she launched M2O in 2010 with her best friend and is now the sole owner of the thriving business. On the job, Schae is a spark of joy, singing and dancing while organizing spaces to perfection. These days, you will mostly find her in her home office keeping the business running smoothly. She is an active volunteer, leader and inspiration in the organizing industry. In her free time, she loves staying fit by kayaking, riding her bicycle and daily workouts at home. Schae and her husband also stay busy traveling to far off destinations like the Philippines, Colombia and Spain!

Mackenzie Scott, CPO®
Operations Manager & Lead Organizer

Mackenzie Scott, CPO® is a Certified Professional Organizer that has been with the Mission 2 Organize team since 2015. However, helping others get organized has been a lifelong passion. She is Schae’s trusty sidekick and known as Mack Attack throughout her roles as Operations Manager and Lead Organizer. With a smile on her face and stellar communication skills as her secret weapon, Mackenzie expertly executes both. When she's not working on all things M2O, Mack channels her extra “can-do” energy into volunteering, public speaking, and networking. Outside work, you can find her nerding out to a good book series with her husband, starting a new craft project, or singing in a choir!

Melanie Mesker,
Support Organizer

Melanie Mesker joined Mission 2 Organize in 2022 and quickly rose to the position of Lead Organizer. Melanie’s two favorite things about working at M2O are organizing closets and meeting the clients’ pets. She has a background in public relations and content marketing. Melanie has always had an eye for organization and design since she was young. Her outside-work interests include fashion, beauty and home decor. In her free time, she can be found taking her cat Jonas on walks around Lakeview and cuddling with her other cat, Ozzy. When she's not doing that, she enjoys spending time with friends exploring the hidden corners of Chicago and traveling with her boyfriend.

Brittany Pinter,
Reserve Organizer

Brittany Pinter is our newest Reserve organizer known for her meticulous approach to creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. With a background in education, Brittany excels in designing environments that enhance productivity and comfort. She finds fulfillment in tutoring, applying her teaching skills to support students academically, and enjoys crafting and baking with a keen eye for detail. In her marketing role, Brittany combines organizational expertise with creative flair to develop compelling content and strategies that resonate with audiences. Outside of work, Brittany cherishes walks with her dog, Kaya, whose companionship adds joy to her life and inspires her commitment to creating harmonious spaces.

Bri Fernandez
Executive Assistant

Bri Fernandez is Mission 2 Organize’s remote Executive Assistant, the cheerful mastermind behind the scenes. Joining the team in 2024, she expertly manages inquiries, supports our business owner, and finds the next bright talent to add to the team. With a creative background in film and writing, Bri brings a unique perspective to her role. Bri’s positive energy and infectious enthusiasm make her a joy to work with. When she's not busy organizing the organizers, she enjoys immersing herself in books, exploring new places, and expanding her knowledge. (and Shopping!) Bri believes in the importance of work-life balance and is committed to personal and professional growth.

Mary Hammon
Support Organizer

Mary Hammon joined Mission 2 Organize as a Support Organizer in 2025. She has a background in book and magazine editing. Organizing—whether it’s putting a comma in its rightful place or sorting possessions for a good declutter—has been her happy place for as long as she can remember. Mary enjoys finding clever solutions that fit a person’s needs, goals, and space. In her free time, she loves to read fiction, cuddle with her dog and two cats, watch British TV shows, and pretend to have a green thumb.

Ma. Cristina Lacanlale
Operations Assistant

Ma. Cristina Lacanlale is excited to be on Team M2O as an Operations Assistant. She brings several years of experience in administrative support and operations, particularly in environments that value efficiency, collaboration, and attention to detail. Tina enjoys helping teams stay organized, streamlining processes, and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly. She believes that good organization not only makes work easier but also empowers people to perform at their best. Outside of work, Tina enjoys keeping life simple and balanced. She loves exploring new cafés, traveling to different places, and organizing small spaces at home. Most of all, she cherishes spending quality time with her two lovely boys and senior dogs.

Jess Pennachio
Support Organizer

Jess worked as a home organizer in Chicago for 2 years prior to joining M2O as a Support Organizer in 2026. Growing up, she was always finding the perfect home for every item around her house and making sure nothing was out of place. With a background in performing and circus arts as well as marketing and real estate, Jess enjoys collaborating with her peers, problem solving, and bringing creativity into everything she pursues. She believes we should aim to always lead with compassion and makes it her goal to help others reduce stress by listening and building structure. When not working, you can find Jess training stunts for stage and screen, reading, thrifting, or building an itinerary for the next cozy small town to travel to.

Chloe Streif,
Lead Organizer & Head of Marketing

With unwavering enthusiasm and a genuine passion for her work, Chloe Streif feels fortunate to have the opportunity to pursue a career aligned with her true calling. In previous jobs, within real estate and stage management, she discovered her innate ability to take charge and bring order to physical spaces and operational systems within the companies she was a part of. This talent quickly propelled her to the role of Lead Organizer within M2O. Chloe takes pride in her organizational prowess, creative thinking, and efficiency, both onsite and online, as an integral part of the marketing team. Beyond her professional life, she can be found immersing herself in nerdy pursuits alongside her friends, scouring thrift shops for unique treasures, traveling, and expanding her stage combat company.

Katelyn Zenie
Digital Marketing Specialist

Katelyn Zenie joined Mission 2 Organize in 2023 as the Operations Assistant. Katelyn’s skills as a video producer and project manager, as well as her interest in productivity and well-being through organization, prompted her to reach out within minutes of learning about the opportunity with Team M2O. She likes to spend her free time reorganizing and labeling things at her investment rental property or finding a second-hand gem. Katelyn is a lifetime learner who loves working with collaborators and clients who can teach her a new way of thinking. This film set designer also enjoys practicing photography, finding the best sushi places while traveling, and going to the indoor bouldering gym. Work-life balance and flexibility are top priorities for Katelyn, followed by giving her dog Blackberry his best life.

Ana Hurtado
Reserve Organizer

Ana Hurtado is a graduate of Northeastern Illinois University where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. After graduation, Ana focused on being a housewife and traveling around the world with her husband. During that time, she realized that her passion for organizing and helping others get organized was simply undeniable. In 2019, she worked her way through Mission 2 Organize’s internship program before officially joining Team M2O as a Professional Organizer. Ana is fluent in Spanish and dazzles with her knowledge of caring for and showcasing her client’s luxury treasures.

Rachel Levin
Reserve Organizer

Rachel Levin has been passionate about organizing for as long as she can remember. Rachel believes that accessibility is essential in all aspects of organizing, ensuring that every space and system is functional and welcoming for everyone. As a Reserve Organizer, she thrives on tackling complex challenges and implementing systems that empower others to achieve their goals and enjoy their spaces. In her free time, Rachel enjoys running with her dog, Kayce; biking along Lake Michigan; and re-watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer for the hundredth time.

Adri Castro
Support Organizer

Adri Castro With a background in architecture and performance art, Adri brings a unique perspective to professional organizing—one grounded in movement, design, and spatial flow. She sees space not just as something we live in, but something we interact with: our bodies move through it, respond to it, and are shaped by it. This understanding guides her approach to every project. Organizing, to her, is about more than tidying—it’s about helping create environments that feel aligned with how you live, think, and feel. Outside of organizing, she’s often in creative motion—dancing, exploring art spaces, and finding beauty in the journey in between. Adri is driven by curiosity, community, and the satisfaction of meaningful transformation—whether within a space or within ourselves.

Maria Ganger
Reserve Organizer

Maria Ganger joined the M2O team as a Reserve Organizer and quickly added on the additional title of Operations Coordinator! Bringing with her a background in Project Management across the Technology and Finance industries, she is pursuing her lifelong love of turning chaos into calm. She thrives on creating order, whether she’s streamlining a complex project plan or transforming a cluttered kitchen into a functional space. Maria focuses on building sustainable, repeatable systems that make organization effortless and empowers others to feel confident in their environments. When she’s not refining processes or perfecting a layout, you can find her baking pumpkin chocolate chip muffins, getting lost in a sci-fi thriller, or strolling through the neighborhood with her elderly beagle, Blooper, in tow.
