Our Beyond Chicago organizing services are designed for clients who need expert support outside of Chicagoland for whole home organizing, estate clearouts and moving. Whether you’re relocating across the state or across the country, Mission 2 Organize’s full move management and estate clearout services can include pre-move decluttering, occupied home staging, inventories, packing, unpacking, estate distribution as well as move day and vendor management.

Pricing
Client Appointment Locations 0-15 Miles
Mission 2 Organize (M2O) serves the contiguous United States. There are no fees for service to locations within 15 miles from our business address (Mission 2 Organize, 4044 N Lincoln Ave #445 Chicago, IL 60618).
Client Appointment Locations 15-100 Miles
Any client location more than 15 miles and up to 100 miles from the aforementioned address will include an additional small travel surcharge paid directly to the organizing team. The rate is $4.00 per mile for every mile over 15 and up to 100 miles (calculated one way only). Please refer to Google Maps to determine if we require a travel surcharge for your location and if so, how much it will be.
Client Appointment Locations 100+ Miles*
– Payment due in advance: 50% at booking, 50% prior to travel
– Per diem of $50 per person, per day (including 2 travel days if traveling by air)
– Transportation – airfare, car rental/ ground transportation/ fuel
– Accommodations – 4 star hotel minimum.
– Arriving a day prior and leaving the day after scheduled appointment(s)
– The company will be responsible for finding all reservations and booking them after the client has approved of the changes
* Exact arrangements for locations close to or beyond 100 miles will be handled on a case-by-case bases. Inquire about specific projects by contacting us directly.
