Our Beyond Chicago organizing services are designed for clients who need expert support outside of Chicagoland for whole home organizing, estate clearouts and moving. Whether you’re relocating across the state or across the country, Mission 2 Organize’s full move management and estate clearout services can include pre-move decluttering, occupied home staging, inventories, packing, unpacking, estate distribution as well as move day and vendor management.

100+ Miles Pricing
Beyond Chicago pricing applies only to locations 100+ miles from Mission 2 Organize headquarters in Chicago, IL 60618.
Payments: due in advance. 50% at booking, remaining 50% prior to travel
Service Cost: at our regular hourly or discounted package rates
Meal Costs: per diem of $50 per person, per day (plus 2 travel days)
Transportation Costs: airfare, car rental/ ground transportation/ fuel
Accommodations: Arriving the day prior to the start of the project and leaving the day after the scheduled appointment(s)
Bookings: Mission 2 Organize will be solely responsible for locating all team travel reservations and booking them upon client approval
20-100 Miles Pricing
Any client location more than 20 miles and up to 100 miles from Chicago, IL 60618 will include an additional small travel surcharge paid directly to the organizing team. The rate is $4.00 per mile for every mile over 20 and up to 100 miles (calculated one way only). Please refer to Google Maps to determine if we require a travel surcharge for a location and, if so, how much it will be.
