Hands on, on-the-job experience is one crucial component of starting any new career. While you can certainly pay to participate in professional training programs and apprenticeships, that’s not our vibe here at M2O.
It has always been the goal of Mission 2 Organize to mentor the next generation of organizers and give back to the industry that has given so much to us. That’s why we offer a free Organizer-in-Training program!
In fact, M2O has a variety of unpaid opportunities available for new and prospective organizers, graphic designers, writers and more. Learning alongside the business owner, Certified Professional Organizers® and trained organizers is a valuable opportunity to start off your career on the right foot or see if it’s even the path for you.
During your training, you will learn:
- Which tasks need to be performed for the job,
- What it’s like to work on real projects,
- How to collaborate with a team &/or clients,
- How to meet expectations & deadlines,
- Where your strengths lie and what you could improve upon.
