Upfront Pricing

Organizing Rate: $95/hour per professional organizer
(3 hour minimum, 2 organizer minimum)

Add-On Option: $40/hour for light cleaning
(3 hour minimum, includes one cleaning professional)

Staging Checklist: $300
(Includes one-hour walk through and a DIY staging checklist)

Shopping & Delivery of Supplies: $150
(Cost of supplies not included)

Discounted Pricing: Available with an “O” Club package
